1. Guaranteed Foundational
Literacy and Numeracy (G-FLN) Programme with the objective of
ensuring that every child from Classes I to V achieve the NIPUN objectives (Lakshyas)
in reading and numeracy by March 2026. The FLN Baseline Survey was conducted
from 24th November to 6th December 2025 by DIETs students, and End line test
was conducted from 23-03-2026 to 31-03-2026 for 1399 Primary Schools in Sri
Satya Sai District and Anantapuram district covering the erstwhile district
schools.
