Best Practice 1: Conduct of Weekly Seminars and Group Discussions
The weekly seminars and Group Discussions
have been conducted every Saturday at Govt DIET Bukkapatnam. These seminars and
group discussions serve as a vital professional development platform where D.El.Ed
students bridge the gap between academic theory and classroom in reality. These
sessions empower future educators to critically analyze current educational
issues, such as the implementation of NEP 2020 and NIPUN Bharat—alongside
broader social topics like digital literacy and mental health. By researching
and defending their perspectives before peers and faculty. Students refine
their pedagogical leadership, communication skills, and ICT proficiency.
Ultimately, these seminars transform student-teachers into well-rounded,
socially conscious professionals prepared to navigate the complexities of the
modern primary education system.

Best Practice 2: Daily National Flag Hoisting by Teacher Trainees and conduct
of Morning Assembly as per ALMANAC
This long-standing
tradition empowers teacher trainees to lead the daily morning assembly,
starting with the ceremonial hoisting of the national flag in strict accordance
with official protocols. By managing the assembly and delivering value-based
messages, trainees bridge the gap between civic duty and professional
development, systematically enhancing their leadership presence, oratory
skills, and organizational discipline. This practice ensures that
future educators master the nuances of national etiquette while building the
confidence necessary to command a classroom and inspire.
